Recently, Many of you attended the MICCA (Maryland Instructional Computers Coordinators Association) conference in April. This conference presented a series of workshops and presentations focusing on instructional technologies most promising practices. Often we come away with new ideas, motivation and convictions. However, we soon become challenged with the reality of school-based policies, budgets and vision.
